At American Pain Consortium, we strive to provide cost-effective care and although we accept many different insurance providers, not all plans will cover the treatment you may need. Our list of insurers above may not be up to date, so even if you see your insurance provider listed below, we recommend checking with your individual policy or contacting your insurance company to ensure your plan covers treatment.

We are eligible for many HMO plans as long as your primary care physician authorizes your treatment program. We also offer direct-pay options for out-of-network patients.

Patients with in/out of network benefits can be seen by our office. Patients with specific PPO plans might be able to be seen at our facility with appropriate authorizations. Referring offices can feel free to call our office if they have specific questions regarding our policies.
