About Caitlyn Smallwood, DNP,FNP-BC

Caitlyn Perkins is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Caitie hit the ground running with our Center for Pain Management team in mid 2022. As a Purdue graduate, she is thrilled to serve the Lafayette and surrounding area at our Lafayette location. Boiler up! She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She chose our team out of desire to help holistically care for those suffering with chronic pain achieve the greatest quality of life. She has been positively overwhelmed with the many interventions and medicinal treatments utilized by our team including: epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulators, MILD procedures, and ketamine infusions to name just a few. She has loved seeing the positive outcomes associated with these therapies.

In her free time, you will find Caitie spending time with her husband and two puppies, attending a sporting event with family, or trialing a new local coffee shop friends.
