About Dr. Hom
Dr. Brian Hom joined the Center for Pain Management in 2023 and is accepting new patients at the Kokomo and Lafayette locations. He enjoys using evidence-based medicine to improve his patient’s quality of life.
Dr. Hom utilizes a multi-modal approach centered around minimally invasive treatments to provide pain relief to his patients. He specializes in neuromodulation and other minimally invasive procedures to diagnosis and treat pain at the source.
Prior to joining the Center for Pain Management, Dr. Hom completed a Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Health.
Dr. Hom is a native of Ohio and has enjoyed spending his time getting to know the communities he serves. He enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball, golf, soccer; watching his favorite sports teams; hiking; traveling; listening to music; trying new restaurants; and spending time with family.
