Kristin Hicks

Kristin Hicks serves as Director of Patient Experience & Precertification at American Pain Consortium, bringing more than 10 years of healthcare operations experience focused on improving patient access, efficiency, and overall care delivery. She has a strong background in clinic operations, revenue cycle oversight, and patient access management, with a proven ability to streamline workflows and support high-performing care teams.

Prior to joining APC, Kristin held leadership roles across multi-site outpatient clinics in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, where she drove operational improvements, expanded referral networks, and supported significant growth. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
