Sarah Johnson, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management and dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals living with acute and chronic pain. She focuses on developing individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s needs, with an emphasis on improving function, managing symptoms, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Sarah earned both her Master of Science through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in emergency care, where she developed a strong foundation in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and interdisciplinary care.
