About Sherry Hash, NP,

Sherry is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the Center for Pain Management in 2024.  She has experience in neurology and is excited to work in pain management to help patients achieve a better quality of life and improve their pain so they can return to doing activities they enjoy.

Sherry holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She completed both her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University.  She is a member of the American Nurses Association and IN State Nurses Association.  She previously worked as a Float Medical/Surgical RN.

In her free time, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, boating, traveling, and serving in the Foster and Adoption Ministry at her church.  She is married and has 2 children.
