Brooklyn Casto, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals living with chronic pain. As part of the team in Springfield, Brooklyn works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that improve function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Brooklyn earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Franklin University after completing her Associate Degree in Nursing at Clark State Community College. Her advanced clinical training included caring for patients across the lifespan, with a focus on managing acute and chronic conditions through evidence-based, collaborative care. Prior to joining Center for Pain Management, Brooklyn gained valuable experience in care management, home health, and nursing leadership, equipping her with a well-rounded approach to helping patients achieve their health goals.
